I like the Sarcophagus. It's something a bit more original than just using a country's flag. I'd change the color of the font (or even just the font outline) of the text down the bottom though, it's a tad hard to read in yellow and blue and may turn out even worse when printed.

They're both GOOD pics in their own right.
But for a t-shirt design I prefer eddie bursting through the flag.
Less busy than the sarcophagus.... and less yellowy. On a black shirt all that yellow may just stand out a bit TOO bright.
And eddie bursting through the flag just gives it a bit more of a F**k YEAH!! Maiden are coming to destroy Oz! - type feel for me.
