As mentioned in the FC news (!) it's for IMFC and IMOC members. But the IMFC members must have online accounts (though if they don't, they won't be reading this).
Not sure what the allocation per member is yet, but it'll be at least 4 tickets per member, per gig.
Sit back, relax, the pre-sale doesn't start til the 20th. You'll be PM'd your codes in plenty of time.

OMFG!!!
I thought being on holidays in Europe for 5 weeks was good, but this is the best news ever!
I found this news out while in an Internet Cafe in Europe, it has made my whole trip!
I will be going to the east coast shows, id like to think i can get to Perth also.
Praise the Lord!
