Saw 3.10 to Yuma the other night, best western I've seen since Unforgiven. Rusty Crowe just keeps getting better & better.
Another movie that everybody should check out is "The King Of Kong" Its a hilarious documentary about the battle for the world record high score for Donkey Kong. An absolute pisser

Finally got around to watching 1408, got myself in the mood for a real good ghost story, unfortunatly this wasn't it. Here's a hint for the powers that be in Hollywood, CGI and a sudden bolt of loud music does not make a scary movie scary, it's just plain lazy. I'm a mad horror buff and the tripe that has been coming out in the past 10 years seems to be getting worse. Thank god for The Descent and The Mist, 2 films that finally spooked me ;D

I saw Indiana Jones the other night. The movie was good, there was a serious pacing problem though. It never built it, it was sort've at the same level for the whole movie. The action scenes and such were good though. He needed to use the whip more.

Saw Hancock last night, not as bad as they are saying. I'm not a fan of superhero movies at all, find them boring and predictable but at least this was trying to be a little different. Critics are panning the 2nd half but that is where i really started to enjoy it. If you think Batman Begins, Iron Man etc is the shit, then avoid this. But if you thought they sucked hard then give this one a shot

BTW - The Incredible Hulk is 10000000% better thanthe last hulk movie - ed norton is a genius.

The Bucketlist: fantastic movie. Very enjoyable, full of humorous one liners, and both actors were great. The ending is amazing too, almost brought a tear to my eye.
300: absolute pile of overdone shit. Turned it off after 15 minutes. Characters reminded me of the over dramatic drivel from Neighbours, and the amount of pointless, stupid fancy camera shots was ridiculous.

I was a bit dissapointed in that, it was good and all, but i thought they could of fleshed the characters out a bit more. But you are spot on about the ending.
