I wouldn't get to excited, it's directed by Michael Bay. The man who is responsible for Pearl Harbour, Armageddon, The Island and the Bad Boys movies will certainly F**k this up like he has with every movie he has directed. Like Randall says in 'Clerks 2', "Transformers?, they suck!"   |

Watched Apocalypto today and thought it was probably the best action movie i'd seen in years. The last hour is this relentless chase set over 2 days with our hero only minutes in front the whole time, awesome!
Oh it's very very brutal and subtitled.

Finally got round to watching V for Vendetta - that was without a doubt one of the best films I have ever seen.LOved the monologue by V near the begining where basically every word started with V.

Remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 came out in the shop today for anyone who's interested.
Been watchin some good flicks lately.
Talladega Nights was bloody funny.
Nacho Libre` was a bit of a giggle.
Manchurian Candidate is bloody AWESOME. Note to self : Never say no to a movie just coz Denzel Washington's in it again. Twas Brilliant.
For those with Kiddilies, Monster House and Stormbreaker are pretty good.

Watched some movies on the weekend
The Pursuit Of Happyness was pretty good, Will Smith done a pretty good job
Happy Feet was better than i expected
The Last King Of Scotland was great, Forrest Whitaker is brilliant
Children Of Men was overrated, but still ok
Pan's Labryinth was shit!

Just saw Ghost Rider. Good film, one of the better comic-based films. The special effects were awesome, and Crazy Train was on the soundtrack which was pretty cool.

The academy finally rewarded the great Martin Scorsese with a long overdue best director Oscar, which he should of picked up for Raging Bull and GoodFellas. There is some justice in the world. Long live Marty  |

Yeah it looks great, but the fantasy element is a small part of the story, it's really about the little girl and her asshole of a father in law. Plus it is really ultra violent! Haha yeah that movie was hilarious. It was exactly what I was expecting from Jack Black; fart jokes, cock jokes, weed jokes, sex jokes and every other type of crude humour you can think of haha
