My food is still in the oven. I don't know what it's called in english. But here it goes: macaronies (5 dl) minced beef (400g) 5 dl milk and 3 eggs (mix them up) Mix up spiced and cooked (fried on the pan) minced beef and boiled macaronies. But them in the oven "bowl". Then put milk/eggs in that bowl too. 1 hour in 200 celsius and it's ready My English boyfriend hadn't ate it before when I did it to him this summer. So maybe it's not so reagular basic food aboard? It's easy, it's good (just have to put enought spices) and it's one of the most common dish in Finland. And 'cos I'm eating it alone, there lot from that for me for few days.
