agreed, its absolute shit. Soulfly at least have some alrite music, i just cant stand their vocalist max cavalera hasnt done anything good since leaving sepultura ( then again, sepultura havent done anything good since he left either) I think I will pass on this. All the good metal bands are already booked for the US and European festivals on at this time - this is a festival made up of the bands that no other festivals wanted. What's wrong with Soulfly, it's Arch Enemy that doesn't excite me much, now if they had their original singer that would be different. Sure it's not the greatest lineup but i know on the night i would rather be there than anywhere else plus the Riverstage is an awesome outdoor venue here. |

this is awesome, Arch Enemy! HELL YEAH! Soulfly and Caliban are both absolute shit though.... i am assuming that the melbourne event will only be Partly Lisenced so that it is essentially all ages.... at least im hoping it is Soulfly are both B grade and Sloppy live...wasn't impressed at all, but then again I've never been a Sepultura fan either. I CAN NOT fkkn wait for .... Oh btw Mitch....Festival hall is NOT licensed so you'll have no problems |

I think this is great news for OZ! Gonna be a bit odd indoors though.
Anyone know yet how much tickets cost?
I wanna see Megadeth and the local acts... not heard much of/from the other internationals... I'm just pleased there's a festival here finally!
Gonna be cutting it fine getting to England a few days after! Sheesh! Not going to Japan on the way anymore, so that's ok.

ticket prices arent up yet. in fact neither is the melbourne show! haha. the sydney one is up on the ticketek website. the brisbane one is up on the ticketmaster website... but the melbourne one isnt on it at all
