yep I have her on myspace I understand your frustration considering she shared the hotel room with ya and brought her friends along, why would she just block and delete ya all together, is there more to this or is she just running away from it all? Pretty much thats all. I told her that i used to love her as a friend and cared for her so much, and now i just feel heartbroken and so let down by her. I keep telling her money isnt the problem, its the fact that she has it, or can save it up and give it to me - but shes not. So the way i see it, after giving her so much, im worth pretty much nothing to her. Im so cut and so angry at the same time. I pretty much told her what i just told you, and what does she decide to do. Block me on msn, delete me fromn her myspace, and not answer me. mate if she's as much of a low life as what you say, just look at it along the lines that it only cost you the money you spent on her to come to Melbourne to rid her out of your life forever. If it didnt happen now it would have happened down the track..

lol good point beetle - Lukey i gave Sean the money back a few months back - like i said the money isnt really the problem, wats 150 bucks between friends - its something to be pissed about but what shits me more is that she says she has no money when if she made some sacrifices she'd be able to pay me. Oh yeh Beetle, i know you're only getting one side of the story, but its pretty much true man.

F**k this thread is loving me this week!!
So i get to work today and notice that my mate who is supposed to be working isnt. Later on i see my supervisor and shes pretty pissed off. I ask what has happened.
Pretty much my mate was sacked about an hour before i came. My supervisor doesnt kow why, but from the higher ups she's talked to she hasnt got straightly put answers, so she think somethings up. She checked a register and it was $300 short - a register my mate worked on on Wednesday. If the register is short, i mean that its missing $300 somehow. My mate worked on register 6 on wednesday, but my supervisor checked and she found out that the register was short on MONDAY, when my mate wasnt working. Are we looking at unfair dismissal herE? I don't understand the new IR laws, but i have noticed the day supervisor holding a grudge against Micheal, and, Micheal is the LAST person in the whole store i can see stealing anything - even though i could be wrong about that i doubt it - thing is Micheal doesn't stick up for himself, he's too shy - when challenged he just submits. Im gonna find out over the weekend whats happened, and if he has in anyway been unfairly dealt with - me and my supervisor are gonna get the union in to investigate. Being accused for stealing doesnt look goods for anyone, and losing money over something wrong like this is F**ked. I have paid union fees for the last 10 months, never used them once. Well, this time, im gonna shove it up their arse and use them. I will also tell them about the breaks I HAVE NOT been getting, even though i have told people repeatedly i want them.
I don't know how the new IR laws work, but im sure a huge company like Woolworths is F**king things up when they do something like this. F**kING RANT OVER!

I dont think the new IR laws affect a company as big as woolworths - I thoughy it affected mainly small to medium size business' a;though , I could be wrong.

Sounds similar to something I once went through Adrian. Was being treated like shit by all the bosses for no good reason. I turned up to work everyday on time, and did my job to the best I was able. Just seemed like I was being singled out for some reason, which other co-workers also noticed and commented on. Anyway, I finally just got sick of being treated like garbage and quit. Turns out, a couple months later, one of the SUPERVISORS was arrested and charged with theft. She had been coming over to relieve me at the register when I went on my break, being all nice and sweet and helpful and whatnot, telling me "oh don't worry about signing out love I'll do it for you, you just go and enjoy your break" etc. THEN she would pocket money out of the register while I was gone, so it looked like the money was going missing only from the registers I was working at and the time I was working at them. F**king bastards. No apology, nothing. One of many instances that have taught me BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST. There are wolves wearing sheeps clothing out there.

Angie Pangie - guess what, funny u warn me about that - yesterday at 6pm I GOT CALLED IN for my register being $100 short last thursday. Now im getting counselled - i know i stole nothing so i stuck up for myself. IU told them do whatever u want, i know i didnt sell anything - people always use my register on my break, but from nowe on thats stopping. I changed my password, its gonna get counted before and after my shifts, and NO F**kER is using it ever! Also, since they are so anal about things, anytime form now on where anything isnt according to the union policy, im gonna tell the store manager and threaten to go to the union.

I also want every second saturday off (seeing as i work every saturday currently and am missing so many gigs!!!) so i asked my boss for every 2nd one off. For some reason he talked to the boss and messaged me today and said the only way he can do that is if "you go casual - its good because u get more money". I think this is a setup - as a casual i will lose all of my annual leave, i won't get sick pay, and they can easily get rid of me by not giving me shifts!! So yeh F**k them, i aint resigning from my part time position,. im staying at Woolworths as long as i can - not because i like it, just to be a pain in the ass and milk the company for all its worth. This sunday im supposed to work - just gonna call in sick and say i rolled my ankle at soccer. Im gonna call in sick like once a month, and like i said, every little thing that they dont do right, and according to the union agreement they shouldn't do, i will tell the boss to fix it and if he doesnt its union time baby!!! I'm not gonna get pushed around by F**kwits! Atleats i do0nt have a family to support, so if i lose the job for whatever reason then it wont be the end of the world.

Ok my proposed new roster is tuesday/saturday one week and thursday sunday the other (i would have preferred thursday/saturday and tuesday/sunday - but hey, i realise i cant get everything my way, so i settled for that). But - last night i didnt get my break, so i left a letter for my boss after i finished my shift (the store boss). I saved it to my phone so he cant say i said one thing when i really didnt. It reads like this:
"On Saturday 18/08/07 i wasn't given my 15 minute break. This is not the first time it has happened. I want my 15 minute break, i want it before 9pm (thats more than one hour before i finish my shift), as stated in the Woolworths and SDA union agreementI told Michelle and Yvonne on Tuesday when I was getting counselled. However, nothing was obviously done. Lets hope that doesn't happen again"
So yeah with that said, I think i will start getting my breaks again, and my tone suggested that i was pretty pissed off. So yeh! Lets see what comes of it.

all righty its time to vent, and my anger is aimed at goons at skate parks who,1 act like they own the place(yes localism is ok so long as you have khones to back it up)2 stupid pricks who dont use there eyes to see what lines people are doing, trying and suddenly drop in on you(bodies colliding at high speed isn't good for anyone especially when one is on a bmx, metal is great to listen to but not in bodie parts,it f@#$%ng hurts).3 people who have no idea about skating suddenly profess that its easy and anyone can do it,yeah give me your little brat of a child and lets see if they can control a deck at high speed let alone drop in(not all children are shits, sure they can act like it at times but some are allways reminding you that contraception is wonderfull thing)4 parents who dont instill the safety aspect in their kids, some what relates to part 3 of rant, then get all bent out of shape because little timmy ate shit big time because safety gear was not warn,im an adult and i still wear safety gear you dont bounce off concrete.look i encourage any one to skate or bmx but just follow some basic guidelines when your at a bowl, ramp, street course and you will be treated fairly well.enuff of my bitching hope your all well stay metal
