spectacular ‘Somewhere Back in Time World Tour
08’ Iron Maiden will be taking to the skies once
again in 2009 for a fourth and final leg including
two major outdoor shows in New Zealand!
Together with Dainty Consolidated Entertainment,
the Event Travel Office is offering Iron Maiden fans
an opportunity to see the band perform live in
Auckland, Christchurch or both cities. Packages
are strictly limited and subject to availability. Act

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Package Price Exclusions: International air-travel
on land only packages, all meals and sightseeing,
hotel incidental charges, items of a personal nature,
visa and/or immigration charges;
Airfare: Airfares are based on group fare levels and
are subject to minimum numbers per flight. Should
minimum numbers not be reached, the Travel Office
will confirm the next best available airfare level,
additional costs may apply. Airfares, taxes & levies
are subject to change without notice. Additional
conditions apply and will be provided with each
booking confirmation.
Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is required
within seven (7) days of receiving your Booking
Confirmation. If payments are not received,
reservations will be automatically re-allocated
without notice. Following full payment, a one
hundred percent (100%) cancellation charge
applies.
Methods Of Payment: All payments must be made
in Australian dollars; payment in any other currency
will not be accepted. The Event Travel Office accepts
direct deposit, cheque and credit card payments.
Credit card payments are subject to additional fees
which will be detailed with your Booking
Confirmation.
Passport & Visa Requirements: All individuals
departing from Australia must be in possession of a
valid passport. Kindly note that passport and visa
requirements are not the Event Travel Offices’
responsibility and the Event Travel Office is not
liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s
failure to comply with the above. For up to date
advice on visas required for overseas travel,
Australians should contact the nearest embassy or
consulate of the country they intend to visit well in

in this flyer are based on currency exchange
rates effective 10 November 2008. Prices are
quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of all
