Omg on phone now to Village Cinemas the guy says they have been told that the movie sessions has been post poned due to unforeseen circumstances so they are not taking further bookings atm..its been taken offline for the moment he doesn't know why .  He said call back at a later date to make sure its screening at those times shown! |

To whoever asked, i cant make it down to melborune, my life is so jam packed at the moment, and id rather save a melbourne trip for something like IRON MAIDEN or a headlining BLACK MAJESTY show.
In regards to the movie being postponed, KEEP ME UPDATED!

Currently all session times and information regarding this movie have been pulled from our website. This has happened to all movie houses nationwide. I do not know why this has occurred.
We hope to have this situation rectified by the end of the week. Currently your ticket is still valid. If session times change, contact us and we can arrange a change to your booking.

And THEN a friend of ours rang em up and got told it had something to do with the producers of the movie and that you could get a refund if you already bought a ticket... WTF?
Why is it when people in business actually DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER they just make up any old shit off the toop of their heads? How about just a plain old...." We dunno mate it's got us F**ked. When we find out something we'll let you know. " Simple really.

Damn, this is a kick in the nuts.
I'm planning to do an interview with Sam Dunn this week, so I'll bring it up in the conversation if we don't hear anything soon from Village.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with Sam, but it seems odd that all session times have been postponed.

On the IMFC board they reckon the movie has been CONFIRMED for Jam Factory and it is NOT going to be shown at Crown... better then nothing!!!

Just got off the phone with Village & it seems its playing everywhere except Crown. So the question now is where do we meet, seems Jam Factory is the only other place that's kinda central. Otherwise I'll just go to Sunshine cause its closest to my place

Just got this e-mail from Village......
Dear James,
I am afraid that, for reasons I do not know, this film will now only be shown at the following Village locations: KNOX, JAM FACTORY, SOUTHLAND, SUNSHINE and DONCASTER.
The sessions at all other locations, including Crown, have been cancelled. Cinema staff are in the process of contacting those patrons who have made bookings to arrange refunds or alternative bookings. I have forwarded your details to Crown to ensure that they are able to contact you.
Please accept my apologies if this change of plans causes you any inconvenience.
