California thrashers SLAYER have announced a special one-time-only Australian show where they will play their 1986 masterpiece, "Reign In Blood", in its entirety. The concert will take place on Thursday, October 15 at Big Top Luna Park in Sydney.
Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, September 16 at 9:00 a.m.

Yeah i think sydney has sold out too! From memory megadeth and slayer on their own couldnt do that, must be fans from both bands that made it a sellout.

sorry to correct you stormster,but SLAYER shows have all ways sold out on their own! aswell as MEGADETH...put'em together you do get a monster line up.this will be the first time i've missed SLAYER stupid me left it late aswell

sorry to correct you stormster,but SLAYER shows have all ways sold out on their own! aswell as MEGADETH...put'em together you do get a monster line up.this will be the first time i've missed SLAYER stupid me left it late aswell Gigantour didnt sell out, and it was at the same arena. Not sureif slayer sold out last time they came, didnt think they did, but megadeth didnt for the last Gigantour they did at the Horden.

ummm. Heads up for anyone going to the Sydney gig.
Tom Araya has lost his voice. Poor wee bugger has caught some bug and couldn't sing much. Had trouble even speaking.
On a lighter note it means you may have a chance to get up on stage and sing for Slayer like some fans did last night.
Saw him drive past us in the van after the gig and he did NOT look too well. Very upset with himself me thinks. Which means..... I suspects we gets another Slayer tour shortly. Perhaps tacked on to the end of this tour. I wouldn't be surprised.
Something of a Sorry-what-happened-last-time-but-we-came-back-to-kick-your-arse tour.
