Welcome on board to EVERYONE, sit back relax, join in we don't bite...... well Stormster sometimes does but he's been checked for rabies and found to be clean so no worries there. It's his peparoni you gotta keep an eye out for.... Anyhoo Not to play favourites or anything. BUT... I just wanted to say a warm special welcome to arry who joined up today. Don't know who you are or where you came from, but your first posts on this forum were to offer your pre sale codes to complete strangers on board who were having troubles with theirs. What a generous kind hearted wee soul you are to do that. Like I said I'm not playing favourites here... I just thought it deserved a mention. This world sometimes appears to be all ME ME ME GIMMI GIMMI GIMMI NOW!! and it's refreshing to see a stranger stretch out a helping hand to other strangers just because they can. Hi all,
Just dropping a line to introduce myself. I have been lurking on this forum on and off (plus the old clansman forum) for awhile now hoping for any news on a maiden tour. Anyways I share everyone's enthusiam for Maiden which I have been a hardcore fan of for about 20 years. The last week since the news broke has been awesome, since I had pretty much given up on seeing them live in Australia. Besherek knows me IRL from our various online gaming and mmorpg days. Im originally from Perth, and have been Sydney based for the last 6 years. Got my Gold GA tix for Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney after that whole fan club code fiasco.... All is good in the world now....

Greetings from up here North ;D There's few of us Finns coming to party with you guys next February so beware  But maybe I just introduce myself. I'm 24 years old, I found Maiden very late but when I heard Iron Maiden first time, my whole life changed. I must say that Maiden plays very big part of my life nowadays. I try to do as much gigs I can and I found my dearest and closest friends from another Maiden fans. Meeting another fans is very big thing for me and I miss them very much when I'm apart from them. Without Maiden and Bruce Air I wouldn't had ever met my boyfriend. He's from England so I'm planning to move in there next year. He's been into Maiden from about beginingthe 80's so I ask him to tell me stories about gigs back in time. Another bands I like: Rush, Dream Theater, Testament, Anthrax, Jethro Tull, Angel Witch, Diamond Head, Samson, Blaze Bayley, Amon Amarth, Finntroll, Turisas, Korpiklaani, Helloween, Accept, Andi Deris, Magnum, Mercenary, Astral Doors, Black Sabbath (Heaven & Hell), Cannibal Corpse, Running Wild, Bolt Thrower, Saxon, Death, Dimmu Borgir, Dio, Ensiferum, Exodus, Flotsam & Jetsam, UFO, Venom, W.A.S.P., Y & T, Iced Earth, Gamma Ray, Led Zeppelin, Judas Priest, Krokus, Nazareth, Mastodon, Kreator, Mercyful Fate, Megadeth, Metallica, Morbid Angel, Opeth, Possessed, Porcupine Tree, Pink Cream 69, Rainbow, Queensrÿche, Sacrificial Dagger, Slayer, Sodom, Tygers Of Pan Tang, U.D.O. etc. I have one german shepherd dog called Dante. She is 2,5 years old and our hobby is schutzhund training. 'Cos UK's laws about bringing dogs in there vet took blood test of her yesterday and now we must wait 6 months 'til we can travel to UK. My another hobby is bass. Well I started this year and I'm way too lazy so I always just practise same song and I should practise much more often. I'm trying to find a teacher tho! I'm so happy that finally after all these years Australians have chance to see again mighty Iron Maiden live at your country! I hopefully get to meet lot of you at the pre-parties and after-parties! Okey, when you try to sign in at "Kirjaudu sisään", push "unohdin salasanani" -text. Then comes new page. Put your user name in first slot and your e-mail address to 2nd. Then push "lähetä" and they will send you new pass word |
