Guys, someone posted the whole interview to the IMOC... download.yousendit.com/BE3FA77D7E42A8D4personally, I think there was too much about the flying stuff, I mean as if Bruce wouldn't be professional when he is responsible for a friggin plane worth a bazillion dollars.. too much talk of that IMHO.. no biggie though.. was cool to hear some stuff about the tour... Andrew Haug never really asks good questions on the show, most of them are abit childish. But I guess thats what you get from being so in love with music, he gets giddy like a school girl infront of any huge band. I'm sure we'd all be the same. lol! Still, it was a cool interview and I didn't really know much about his airline so it opened some doors for me aswell. He should of asked if they would make a DVD of the Australian tour, now that would be awesome.

I thought it was a pretty cool interview.
The set list sounds quite good. Songs from Powerslave, Sit, SSOASS mainly then 1 or 2 from PoM (hopefully still life and revelations but i'd prefer 2 more from the other 3), then probably HBTN and IM from what he said.
Great about the Rime of the Ancient Mariner!

I just thought the interview was very "light"... it didn't really tell us anything new. Spoilers are one thing, but there can be a happy medium.

Still haven't listen to all, streamed about an hour all up at work.
Which really isn't appropriate though.

The strange part about Andrew Hoag is (..and i've been listening to him for about 12 years now from his days on 3RRR) that he has never liked Maiden in the slightest. We all know he's into that heavier, death metal, grind core, black metal bands etc (his favourite band is Meshuggah).
He then went on one of his overseas jaunts for Festivals which he does farely often and caught Maiden on a number of Ozzfest shows no so long ago.
He consucted an interview with Costa on Triple J just before he took over the program from the US and raved how Maiden blew him away everytime he saw them.
Since then he seems to fully support Maiden and continuously talk them up, so good on you Hoagy for seeing the light my man.

I liked the flying stuff but my thirst for more stuff about the tour, why, how, what and the future holds has not even been remotely filled. What do we expect in the long term etc would have been nice. It was all sort of wishy washy!

Personally I do not much about Hoagy but he does appear to have lots of respect for Maiden and he seems like he enjoys their stuff. So, I am surprised he doesn't like them as such but yes, if that is the case, good on Andrew for being a top sport on the Interview and airing so much Maiden.

I don't know his history, but if he didn't used to like them then he does now.
