31/10/2006 JAPAN - Nagoya Shimin Hall 09/11/2006 DENMARK - Aalborg Gigantium
There is a 9 day break between Japan and Denmark, the biggest break during the tour. Would that suggest they are negotiating a tour for down under?
Interesting....

More like a holiday on the Barrier Reef if you ask me. They should organize to tour during the Ashes, that way they 1. get to watch the cricket 2. Garenteed big crowds (40 000 barmy army heading our way) Ahhh who am i kidding?

lets see what happens to the Aria charts after the first week of the album release. If Slayer can make it to number 9 in the top 50 in it's first week, I don't believe it is a hard stretch to imagine Maiden making it to number 1. Top 5 at the very LEAST. Lets see em argue a tour isn't profitable then!! All the more reason to BUY YOUR ALBUMS HERE IN AUSTRALIA PEOPLE!!!
I was just thinkin about this same thing today... is there any reason why Australia is first on the list to have the album released? Has it been this way with previous albums? Does it really take 9 full days to fly equipment from Japan to Europe?
just pondering.....

It will take them 3 days between gigs from the USA to Japan, Denmark is not a backwater location by any stretch. 21/10/2006 USA - Irvine, CA - Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre 24/10/2006 JAPAN - Tokyo Budokan 26/10/2006 JAPAN - Hiroshima Yubinchokin Hall 30/10/2006 JAPAN - Osaka Jo Hall 31/10/2006 JAPAN - Nagoya Shimin Hall 09/11/2006 DENMARK - Aalborg Gigantium

At least if it charts top 10, they have to at least take us seriously.
A major problem I can see working against a tour, which has always been about dollars (Promoter v Sanctuary) is that the Aussie Dollar is fairly well against the pound, which means that its more money out of Sanctuarys pocket.
Anyway, I want a tour as much as anyone, and F**k knows we deserve one and we dont have many chances left.
Im just not getting my hopes up, in fact I dont expect one at all.
I will very happily be proven wrong.

Just like last time... we would be told that it is too late... that it needed to be organised along with the Japan leg to make it financially viable...
