Now I got those 2 tickets for Sydney. I think I try to relax even that I'm pissed off about Melb. I try to sort out tickets to that show later. that's gold floor? Yep, gold floor. Damn last week has been quite exciting. I almost had a heartattack this morning when I read from imoc about 2nd shows! And yes it's ridicilous that we didn't get any official announcement at all before tickets went sale!! I was sure that there is coming something to everybody's email or something before 2nd shows go on sale.

From www.ironmaiden.comMaiden Tickets Fly In OzPublished: September 27, 2007 Iron Maiden's SOMEWHERE BACK IN TIME WORLD TOUR got off to a flying start today in Australia, where Sydney's Acer Arena sold out within 25 minutes of going on sale and Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena sold out within 15 minutes, leading to promoter Paul Dainty immediately putting on sale second shows in both cities and commenting; "Sales for the tour have been phenomenal with over 40,000 tickets being sold in the first hour. Ticketek reported that the queues have been the longest at their ticket outlets for any on-sale for ages. This is a hugely anticipated tour here." Australia is the first country on the 2008 tour to go on sale. Full details of the rest of first tour leg in Feb/Mar 08, in which the band, crew and equipment will travel in a specially customised 757 jumbo piloted by vocalist Bruce Dickinson, will be announced next month, with tickets for most countries going on sale in November. Manager Rod Smallwood commented "This is a great start to what promises to be a really memorable tour and year for the band. We haven't been to Australia for over 15 years but l guess the incredible demand for tickets shows that Metal is truly back down under. And hopefully by returning there after all these years we can help re-establish it even more" The full Australian dates for Feb 08 are now: Mon 4th - Perth Burswood Dome Wed 6th - Melbourne Rod Laver Arena Thurs 7th - Melbourne Rod Laver Arena Sat 9th - Sydney Acer Arena Sun 10th - Sydney Acer Arena Tues 12th - Brisbane Entertainment Centre

How can you beat Gold over Silver hey lol I got the Gold ticket at the back of section 6... IF I was sensible, which obviously yesterday I wasn't, I could have chosen anything from the front half of section 24,1,2 and it'd have given me a better stage view.. See what I mean.. But I'm not complaining.. At least I still got ticket. >:(There're a lot of people out thete who've missed out.

I got section 23, row T, so i'll be able to take in the whole show.
I spoke to a guy at work today who was only able to get tix for the second show on the side & right up the back, he was spewin' 'cause he forgot he was a ticktek member and could of got some in the pre-sale. At least he will be there unlike many others who have missed the boat.

Melb 1st concert All gone now!~ 2nd on its way out completely, Syd second show going a bit slow but that will soon speed up. The small percentage that is floating around unsold are the ones that havn't sold from the staff that get tickets & companys such as showbiz etc & scalpers!
