Today marks 14 years since Iron Maiden last played live in Sydney. Feel free to share your thoughts on the gig if you were there or to vent your frustration at having to wait 14 F**kin years for another tour.

wow 14 years huh. Oh well it does upset me they won't tour here. I still support them but don't care as much any more. Its not fair. Of course if they toured here it would be a diff matter

Has it really been 14 years! It was a great gig (not as good as the World Slavery). I got an old HotMetal mag that has photos from the show and a great shot backstage as they were getting ready to hit it. But the highlight of the day for me was finally getting to meet a member of Maiden. Spending an hour and a half in a Sydney drumshop with Nikko is something i'll never forget. Here's a couple of shots taken that day

Nice photos. 14 years ago, was me in my sig in Moscow, I didn't get to see Maiden, I was so pissed off, but then, I was having lots of fun performing in another country. Can't win em all. I guess at the time I figured they'd come again. HAHAHAHA, guess I was wrong, lol

I remember getting a half day off school for this show - got to the hordern at around 4 after a pit stop at Utopia. Best concert I have ever witnessed. Still remember Bruce going " its been 7 years since we last toured here and I promise it wont be that long before we tour here again"
