Got the bootleg in the mail today. listened to the first 3 songs and the band sounds great, it was a bit strange listening to Heaven Can wait without Bruce, gonna listen to the rest tonight. Thanks again Trooper 71 review of all album interested to hear others opinions myself didnt like it at all he murders bruces stuff imo

Yeah your right. The chorus to Fear Of The Dark sounds like he is getting stabbed and there is no intro or outro to the song. It really made me realise that Bruce is, and always will be THE vocalist for Maiden. I mean how can you make a great song like The Clairvoyant sound piss poor. I will admit he sounds decent on THe X Factor material but overall i now see why they got rid of him. But the band themselves sound great. Was it recorded from the mixing desk? because it sounds better than the production on The X Factor. Now i'm after a VXI bootleg!!!

Now i'm after a VXI bootleg!!! i HAVE A BOOT FROM THE VXI TOUR AND basically Blaze got worse - he wasnt even sounding too crash hot on material from the albums that had him on vocals - there are only a few Bruce era tracksfrom memory. I was and still am a big fan of Blaze but after this tour it is obvious that if Maiden were to continue it would have to be without Blaze

I've heard bootlegs from virtual XI tour and it's the same story... Blaze era sound awesome, but most others are you never want to hear Blaze sing "the evil that men do lives on and on".
