Went and saw a great little Australian movie today called Last Train To Freo. It's about these 2 scumbags who terrorise and harras passengers on the last train of the night all the train guards are on strike. Very intense and the whole movie is set on this one carriage and has a cast of 5. As once being on the recieving end of idiots like this i found it easy to relate to. Support Aussie gems like this!!!!!!!

I finally got the DVD of Pierrepoint today - for those who dont know, this a bigraphical film about Albert Pierrepoint who was and assistant executioner and then head execution for Great Britain and Ireland from the 1930's to the 1950s and is on record for the most men hanged by 1 person in Great Britain and the fastet execution on record. Will post a review once I watch it.

Got round to watching Pierrepoint - with the exception of some glaring historical innacuracies in the story ( Evans didnt speak on the scaffold, let alone sputter out about 25 seconds of dialogue - the execution was quicker than that) it was a really really good movie, much better than I expected. If i hadnt been watching out for errors like i was I would have enjoyed it that little but more. I recommend it to anyone who can handle seeing about 2 dozen odd hangings.

Watched a rather scary and disturbing movie last night called The Descent. It's about 6 girls rockclimbing who climb down this hole (to be the first to discover it) and finding these endless caves only to get lost, injured and trapped. To say what else happens down there would only spoil it but lets just say that it makes Wolf Creek look like Monsters Inc. It opens in a couple of weeks. Check it out

^^Hmm, i saw the previews for that and it looked like crap to me. I might check it out though.
on another note, i saw Jackass 2 and it is absolutely hilarious! Some of the shit in that is just so ridiculous, there are even parts of the movies where the guys themselves are on the verge of backing out.

And on related news - sly stallone is in production of Rambo 4 gotta love sly!
