I have been trying to eat healthy lately, and a balance aswell. Hd home made salsa, bread, and a steak for dinner. Had muesli and all bran in the morning, and a couple of pancakes at around 4pm. For me this is hardly anything but I am trying to learn to eat until im not hungyr not eat until im full. This combined with me getyting back into jogging, well, the outlook looks good!

I'm not a dietician, but i dont reckon that's too healthy if your trying ot eat healthy Whats wrong with what i had? The only bad thing is bacon. 4 eggs gives me something from the dairy/poultry food group, wholemeal bread from the carbs group, and tuna from the fishy group. I am gonna eat nuts tonight to get valuable oils from them, however they are salted so thats a down side. And will probably have alot of veggies after my jog tonight. Its about eating balanced i say, but then again i dont really know much about eating healthy

It's good that you have a balance. My friend who knows alot about it showed me dairy and especially red meat and are very responsible for weight, they might seem healthy but it packs on a fair bit. I wasn't sure abuot the 4 eggs that's all. I couldn't even eat 4 eggs... The only other thing I know (and it's been proven to me ) is that if you skip a meal, and think 'oh i didnt even eat so it will just drop right off', that doesn't work. If you do that, your body stores everything you get so you dont lose weight as such, but i mean losing weight and being healthy and fit aren't the exact same thing... one thing that seriously worked for me, was to find my BMI here www.muscletech.com/CALCULATORS/BMR/BMR_Calculator.shtmland I looked at the calories that were in everything i ate/drank throughout the day, and made sure it didn't exceed the limit the site gives. it's annoying becuase i had to find my height in ft and inches (i always only knew it in cm, even though some people use ft and inches here) and my weight in pounds, but it's accurate... i didn't lose more because im lazy and broke the limit a fair bit... but if you stick by that and keep up the exercise you do now, it should do you well!

according to one of those government health sites, im overweight too. dont trust that shit, if YOU think your overweight, then you are. what other people, or the health deparments in particular think, does not matter
