2.2 pounds for every kilo Yeh sounds about right.I remember it being 1 pound = 0.45kg. So that means.... 95kg x 2.2 190 + (0.2 x 100 - 1) = 209 pounds so 95kg = 209 pounds approx.

If i go over it and not exercise it will turn to fat, if i go over it and exercise and get under 2171 calories because ive burnt calories during exercise then i lose weight, and if i just eat 2171 i still lose weight. But i cant eat too much under 2171 cause then the body uses muscle tissue for fuel instead of fat tissue. Needs a delicate balance.

I feel like a Zinger works combo with a mountain dew from Kentucky....mmmm But over here....they don't have works burgers....and they don't salt the chips....and they have no Mountain Dew!!!!!! That is just not on!!!!!!!
