MANOWAR is back with an October 2006 release of a new single "The Sons Of Odin" followed by a full length DVD containing the historic EarthShaker Fest 2005 performance this November.
Fans can soon expect more details about the release date of the new studio album entitled "Gods Of War."

Just got this from Blabbermouth......
MANOWAR will release a new single, "The Sons of Odin", on October 6, followed by a full-length DVD containing the historic Earthshaker Fest 2005 performance on November 10. "The Sons of Odin" will be available in two different versions — a jewelcase edition and a "special edition six-flap digipack" featuring a bonus DVD. Die bonus DVD will serve as a document of the Fan Convention, band rehearsals sessions and other material in connection with the band's appearance at Germany's Earthshaker Fest 2005.

where did this rumour about a Aust tour come from man that would be so kick ass   but i doubt it will ever happen just like Maiden ever coming here or W.A.S.P ever touring Aust it will snow in the Simpson Desert first |

Don't want to get anyones hopes up but in one of our local music street mags in the metal section it says local band Minus Life have scored the Brisbane support slot for W.A.S.P. first ever Australian tour, it then says to watch this space for dates and venue. They have always been 100% correct so far with all their info so i hope it comes true. There is nothing as yet on the Wasp website but fingers crossed, and yes they have been talking about an upcoming tour from Manowar.
