Pity i cant be there. I liked A Twist In The Myth, but its not their best, infact its one of their worst, but in saying that, just cause its bad by Blind Guardian's standards, doesnt mean its bad! I quite enjoyed it for a while! It's not that bad dude. I quite enjoyed it. It's alot more mainstream in a sense then their earlier material, but I still enjoyed it. If the new album sounds anything like the Sacred song off the game, expect them to go along the lines of "A Night at the Opera" on the new album. I'm wondering though if they'll still release that orchestral album which Andre and Hansi were talking about sometime ago? I'm planning to do an interview with Hansi soon, hopefully it all goes well and I don't wee my pants when I'm on the phone to my idol. Then again, me and Adrian did pretty well when we meet the guys in Melbourne.  Can never thank you enough for that mate!! One thing i notice about you, you do heaps of things for others. Make sure you dont burn yourself out dude! Take some time to rock out! Dude, in regards to a twist in the myth, i liked it, but shit like NiME, ANATO, TFTTW, are all better. I just like Blind Guardian so much, that it wasnt as good as their other stuff. But in all honesty, at the very lowest id rate A Twist in the Myth as a 7/10 |
