HEAVEN AND HELL — the band featuring BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler, singer Ronnie James Dio, and drummer Vinny Appice (BLACK SABBATH, DIO) — will embark on a tour of Australia and New Zealand in early August. YYYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see Sabbath (can't call em Heaven And Hell), but more stoked i'm finally seeing Dio! Still got my ticket from 86 when he cancelled, it was only $6.

I wish they'd play some other sabbath too, there's only a handful of dio-era songs which i consider awesome. Still, it's gonna rock!!! Good on em for making the effort!

I urge EVERYONE to go to these shows, if they sell out it may open a few promoters eyes & increase the chances of a Maiden tour. Metal shows of this size are a rare thing in this country nowadays, you'd be a fool to miss it.
by the way , i hear DOWN will be support band.

Dunno. Most of the ticket vendors don't have it up on their sites yet. I think they go on sale June 19th.
