30-4 I bet none of you saw that one coming! Gower Man of the Match GO THE MIGHTY PANTHERS!!!!!!!!!! I tipped them. Gower had a good performance, over rated by the commentators though. It was a team effort, not just a Gower effort. Peter Wallace, Luke Rooney, Frank Pritchard and Luke Priddis all played awesome games.

Cant wait till we play Brisbane next week. Gonna record last nights game when it is replayed on Fox this arvo - this game is a keeper ( plus my old man is O/S at the moment and this a game he should see! ) The way they played last night reminds me of the way they played in 2003. Jennings who came into the side last night in the centers had a massive debut game - I honestly think he will be the player to finally fill the big shoes left vacant by Ryan Girdler a couple of years ago. One last thing - if Clinton keeps playing like that and doesnt get the nod for the Blues come origin time I am defecting to Queensland!

Dude, Clinton did nothing special, he did his job yes, but so do many other forwards. Gordon should be the one you are referring to as filling Girdler's shoes, atleats his goalkicking shoes! And yeah it does remind me of their 2003 form, but in 2003 they were consistent, lets hope they are again this year. I always remembered their defence was shit, but they always outscored their opposition.

Gorden is an awsome goal kicker - but what would you expect with Ryan Girdler and Daryl Halligan as his kicking coaches. I think you were watching a different game stormy - Clinton did more than just his job - he personally bent each bulldog over and made them his bitch.

You's beat the roosters after getting smashed in round one? Either way, the roosters game was the turning point that year. Speaking of roosters, lol, i can just laugh. Canberra played tops against the Storm today, just our talent sparkled in the end. And the Cowboys, they will be in the 8 for sure.

Oww! f**kin Roosters It's gonna be another long season told you anasta and anderson was a recipe for failure - what sort of idiotic coach tells his players to only use one marker? Love the ladder at the moment - Broncos , Bulldogs and Roosters yet to post a win - so much for being the teams to watch out for Makes me so happy I could almost cry! And what about the bunnies - 1 more win and they will have as many as last year! I still wonder how much cash is being passed under the table to the new star signings by Big Rus though.

After 2 almost complete rounds I think the 8 will be ( in no particular order ) Penrith Melbourne Manly ( ) Warriors Knights Bulldogs Broncos Cowboys Almost any team will be able to make the 8 with the exceptions of - Canberra Cronulla Tigers Roosters

I pretty much agree with everything you said, but think that Tigers and Cronulla have an outside chance of making it.
As for third party payments, you can't stop it. When Matt Orford left the storm he was offered a massive contract, but apparently also offered real estate by Max Delmerge (i thinks thats how u spell it), the major sponsor of the sea eagles at the time.
