Any idoit can see that the Storm are unfairly attacked on grapple tackle issues. The argument that they brought it into the game so they should now brunt the cost is absolutely stupid. Its just like saying the roosters should be more penalised for running off the line in defence just because they discovered a tactic to rush defenders as soon as the dummy half picks up the ball. The idea that the storm should bear the brunt of this issue just because their coach was the smartest bears no common sense at all. The DVD Bellamy and the Storm developed highlighted the bullshit the Storm have to cop. Smith should have been suspended, but so should every other player who does it. |

Smith should have been suspended, but so should every other player who does it. get a F**kin grip stormy - the roosters are moving once the dummy half has the ball - which is legal - the storm were using a tactic which put pressure on the head and nexk of a player - if a player was to move the wrong way it could result in permanent spinal damage, How you can say the storm are being dealt with unfairly regarding this is a F**king joke , the fact that the match review committe finally grew some balls and took some action after 26 rounds is the problem - they should have been doing this from the very start of the season, In saying that though if Thaiday hadnt been held in a chicken wing whilst Smith took 2 shouts at his head , it probably would have gone unnoticed like every other tackle like that - from every other team. Smith is a F**king cry baby and I have lost a lot of respect for him because of the way he has carried on since he was suspended - great footballer, wanker of a man it seems. Bellamy should spend as much time working on a plan to slow the ruck down that doesnt involve the twisting of the oppositions extremities as he has pouring over other teams footage looking for dangerous tackles |

What about if you're chasing a player and he fends you off, at which point u grab his arm and use it to bring him down. Is that unfair? F**k no. But under the rules its a chicken wing. F**k me Gus gould should run the game, he's right about alot of things. And one more things, MANLYS SECOND TRY IN THE GF

REPLAy SHOWED THE BALL HITTING THE GROUND - FAIR TRY. Grabing an arm and in an attempt to tackle and getting the arm and twisting it are 2 different things - having a player then come and attack the head of the player while he cant defend himself ( 1 arm in an arm lock the other holding the ball ) without giving up possession or being penalised -( would either have to head butt or kick ) is just a low act - regardless of what team they are playing for. The thing that pisses me off most about these types of tackles ( besides the refs always turnng a blind eye to them ) is that kids are starting to tackle like this, |
