The world game!!
Division 1 (Championship) in the U.K had their first match for the 06/07 season last night!!
Premiership starts next week.
Bleary eyes for the next 10 months!!

Bleary eyes for the next 10 months!! I forgot what team you go for. So make it public lol. I go for Middlesbrough. I hope Viduka stays and we get Emerton (has been the talk for a week or so in the papers over here). But i think Steve McClaren was a great coach for us, and I don't think that Gareth Southgate will be as good. I wouldn't be suprised if were fighting to avoid the drop this season. |

I don't follow a Premier League team, but it is the only thing to see live in Australia, so it will have to do. Can't imagine the 'Borough' will have problems this year although they will lack some consistancy. Steve McLaren is a great coach and hopefully he will fill the national spot much better than the last 'soft' option. Incidentially, I think GS may be a little too soft but he does have a bit of a temper but it isn't as structured as McLaren. My team is in the Championship and lost 1 nil away last night. Does that help?? ;D ;D ;D It was a penalty just before the break. Surely you know now! |

As for Steve McLaren, hopefully not, England do NOT need another foreign coach, unless we have that Brazilian/Portuguese bloke.  |

Not normally indictative of how the season will go anyway! Well hopefully for you!
Off topic a bit, is there a logo that I can use for our new forums (on the UPDATED petitions). I only have the old one, I suppose I could use Eddie playing Cricket in thongs.
What do you reckon?
