VICTORY!! VICTORY!! VICTORY!! After around 5 hours (no shit) of spotting fans and pleading for tickets, i handed one. Its simple, Melbourne did play good and deserved their victory BUT: 1. Kevin Muscat is still a wanker. Sure, hes a good leader, and a good player, but the fact that he studs ross aloisi 2 weeks ago for absolutely nothing and on purpose proves my point that he is a dirty player, theres no F**king argument there, This leads me onto my second point 2. The refereeing. Its bullshit. The tackles Melbourne were allowed to make compared to the tackles Adelaide were allowed to make, and the booking comparisons, its complete and utter bullshit. 3. If i hear another person say Archie Thompson is the man and made the victory. Are Melbourne fans F**ked up the arse? Seriously, archie's goals were all from slack defending and as a result were all tap ins. Kristian Sarkies goal was the best one, but i saw that at a pub later as i left the venue after 4-0 with my frustration with Adelaide's marking and the way the ref ruined the game. If it wasnt for blind guardian calming me down as i walked through the rain i would have killed someone. And why the F**k does it choose to rain in melbourne when i finally go out of the pub/hotel/venue? F**king shit melbourne.

This is not directed at you personally Stormster but I am sick and tired of all the excuses coming from people in the Adelaide camp. 6 - 0, there is no way refs had any influence on the outcome of the game, regardless of the score. What s bunch of d.ick heads the Adelaide players and coaching staff are. Lose with some dignity, they should be ashamed of the way they reacted after the loss.
Archie Thompson was set up by some wonderful play, mainly from Fred and Alsopp and his suppliers of the ball deserve as much recognition as he is receiving HOWEVER he kicked 5 goals, who gives a flying f**k if the defence was poor, that's their problem and he was good enough to put them away.
The fact is, Adelaide lost and they should shut up and accept that, they'd be carrying on like dick heads if they had have won, so they can suck my left one and go back to their shit tip city that no-one gives a f**k about.

Dude, the way Melbourne were playing BEFORE teh unfair dismassal of Aloisi, it was pretty much game over when they lost a player. Adelaides defence was poor, yes, no one can get blamed for that besides Adelaide. But the refs giving Muscat leiniency is just bullshit. 10 v 11 is screwing Adelaide out of the chance to win. So you mentioned 6-0 correct? Take away the 4-0 that were scored after the dismassal and theres a totally different game. Your team didnt score 4 more cause THEY WERE THAT GOOD, they scored them because the opposition unfairly has one less player on the field. IN ANY CASE, MELBOURNE deserved the win from the first 30 minutes of play and what i saw. Adelaides defence was shocking, BUT, the fact that a some chance of an Adelaide comeback was taken away, just like ryan hoffman's try being dissallowed in the NRL final took away the Storm's momentum, it F**ked the whole game up for me.
All i ask for is fairness in reffing and in soccer and NRL we never get it. Well i should rephrase that, italian and australian soccer + nrl.

Oops I didn't respond as I said I would!
Watched the Everton game but kept falling asleep and missed a lot, enjoyed what I saw. Who got hurt? Didn't even hear the result and certainly not the injury, was it a bad tackle?
Well duh it must have been.

James Vaughn got injured, been out for 12 months, luckily this isnt a long term injury, a few weeks and he'll be back. Ended Bolton 1 - Everton 1. It was a 50/50 ball up in the air and they both went to kick it and he got hit with the opposing players studs, no malice whatsoever, just a freak accident.

West Ham United completed an incredible comeback this afternoon to finish the season staying in the Premiership with a hard-earned 1-0 win against a full-strength Manchester United side.
Woo Hoo, we avoided the drop by skin of our teeth...

I know, its awesome. Same as the fact Wigan stayed up, cruel way to go down though for Sheffied United, on goal difference. I didnt wanna se Charlton go down either, but 2 outta 3 aint bad. Middlesbrough won to, and i put $5 on West Ham to win at $5.25 so i won around 20 bucks net. F**king cool.

Can't believe the Iraqis won the world cup. Hate most of the dickheads that live here in Australia but good on the players and the wore torn country over there. The players have heart and spirit, unlike other overpaid wankers that played the tournament.
