I would like to thank this and the clansmen forums for introducing me to some graet music that i have never heard before such as DRAGONFORCE EDGUY BLIND GUARDIAN GAMMA RAY my cd collection has grown considerably since joining both forums much to the boss`s dislike but hey who cares she still loves me would like to know of other members who have found new music courtesy of forums   |

I don't think i've learnt about any bands from any forums *thinks* surely there has to be one, hmmmmm..... from memory every band i listen to I either found out about from Myspace or from Metal Hammer magazine..... or friends of course.

I normally have a listen to some of the stuff people list in their top albums for the year. |

This is an interesting thread Black Majesty - remember when I went to the gig just coz everyone was so excited about it? hehe Dragonforce, except that I didn't really get into them McBrain Damage Maaaaybe Nightwish... can't remember that far back... would've been Arise if it were from here... erm.. From various forums and friends: Kamelot  (smiley ain't working) Dragonforce ;D Sonata Arctica Luthor ;D MaidenOz  (yeah cover bands count lol) Within Temptation. Blind Guardian (Several years ago was introduced to this bands music) Firewind Arch Enemy Ah list goes on. |

I saw Opeth last night..... got interviewed for their new DVD...hahahaha I was queing to get in the door....next thing I know, I'm answering 20 questions....lol. It's gonna be hilarious.....because I was half pissed at that stage Opeth were as always....BRILLIANT!!! |

Yeah Sands, they were filming the show....I counted like 15 cameras around the venue....
It was hilarious...because their first question to me was.....
Do you live in London??
and I was like....nah,.....hang on,...yeah....now I do,...for the time being hahahahha
