At airport to fly on to Chch... Show was awesome, 18000 at gig. Rained and blew gale all day, rain mostly stayed away for actual show. Will post pics later. NZ t is Eddie stealing a sheep! |

Moz and myself will have some more pix to post as soon as we get back to the Aussieland. We got no way to do it from where we are.
Is it just me, or are Maiden bloody good?
I hit my 10th show tonight....WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!! Double figures. Gotta be happy with that.
I imagine the good lady wife, Moz, will be on soon, so I'll piss of and let her tell u all about it.

Shut up ya poof^^^ Go an have a shower ya dirty mongrel. Auckland mosh was bloody insane, had to get outta there before the band was anywhere near coming on. Thought we'd moved back far enough to get outta the crush but still close enough to have a good time. NUP. Soon as they started it went even crazier. GOT THE F**k OUT. Went down towards the back where you could actually SEE them and enjoyed muchly. YES Phantom was F**king excellent. ;D Got heaps of photos but as Brian said we hafta wait till we get home to upload them onto the puter. Which won't be till Thursday evening. Am still feeling a bit seedy from being at the pub Friday night after the gig. Stayed there till after the place closed then went back to the motel packed bags and left for the airport. Twas Jannick and a few of the roadies at the bar and I remember squeezing past Lauren Harris at one point to get to the loo. Guess you could say that was my "brush with fame" HA! Ohhhhhh I crack myself up. *sigh* Just waiting for hairyman to get outta the shower then we can piss off outta here and try find out where this gig is. Shall catch up with you re: the Christchurch gig within the next 48 hours or so as I'm planning on having another heavy night on the bourbons tonight. May be in bed sleeping it off all day tomorrow.  Be well my BDU family. If you spend some quiet time alone tonight about 8 o'clock, close your eyes and you may just catch me trying to beam some mental images across the ditch to all of you. Christchurch was awesome. I was on the bus trip with a bunch of the FC members... Pics of the bus trip and gig will follow this post.
We ended up at a park in Sumner for bbq lunch... there was a brass band setting up in the park and the oldies were all out for the day... even though we were all on excellent behaviour someone called the cops who made us put all the alcohol back on the bus...
I had FTTB and was dead in front of janick all night. Caught Steve's wrist band and also scored Janick's pick! Someone took a pic so will post when I find it...
Time to spam the pics.... here we go....
