I doubt they will ever play it and i don't think they've ever played it before unfortunatley. I was really hoping they would play it in 92 but instead we got the ho hum Wasting Love and Afraid To Shoot Strangers. Great song from an average album

Great song - never been played live, probably never will now either. Would take Judas be my guide over any song from this album to be played live though.

fear of the dark???...oh thats the album i sold or traded in for something good several years back! i cant rate any song on that worth playing live, and yep i saw that tour aswell in 92 only to be bored to tears from those songs from that album(thankfully MAIDEN played more winners in their setlist, and i was still stoked to see them live)
TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE album!!! bloody good to see'em live though
oh yeah i stuffed up earlier by misquoting the wrong album :odeerrrr

As much as i dislike the majority of FOTD it's still kills anything done with Blaze

NOPE,can not stand that intro riff or bruces intro scream...or the whole song.that whole song sounded like a vey generic rock band at best! not the metal titans that maiden were.
just not METAL to me,hence why i only own first 7 studio albums (plus LAD of course ;D) and pinkys fave BRAVE NEW WORLD.have listened to all other releases and can not stand them, which is a bloody shame as truely get excited by the news of a new album by them

Im sorry, but how can u call yourself maiden lovers, especially you trooper, and only like half of theior catalogue? Honest question? I know u love maiden, but then u say u hate shit like childhoods end. Its like any other typical maiden song. Everything off of fear of the dark is gold, same with no prayer for the dying, it all rules. EVERY SINGLE MAIDEN ALBUM is atleast a 8/10 in my books. I just love the tunes. For me, Killers is probably my least favourite, but even that i like!

its just having the courage to say what you like or dislike with a band releases,i realize bands release music generally for themselves 1st and for the fans 2nd'ly.but as fans we should if not satisfied with said certain releases be brave enough to point out what we dont like with the direction of the music.
geez i still admire james hetfield for his guitar chops, but i just dont like what he played during the 90's

My point is that childhood's end, judas be my guide, are all typical maiden songs. How can not like them, yet like hallowed be thy name? They're the same pretty much! Both songs have awesome tunes, awesome vocals, i dont pay attention to the lyrics, maybe its that? Who knows. Craziness, each to their own i suppose. I can't dis anything maiden have ever done.

as you said STORMSTER,hallowed be thy name is a great song the others i found bland copys of them rehashing old ideas.i personally have thought that at times their music creativity to have gone dare i say BACKWARDS!,wheres the balls out guitar sound of PIECE OF MIND/POWERSLAVE, guitar shredding mastery(solo wise) of SOMEWHERE IN TIME? i dont hear it in their latest releases but thats my own thoughts.
and dont think you would be any less of a MAIDEN fan 'cause you dislike certain songs/records...its music and we all have our tastes and what gives us goosebumps when we hear it.dont fall into the trappings of blind faith when it comes to bands..thats just FANatical and just plain F@#K'N CRAZY
but i wont persuade you to agree with me,if you like it then rock out mate!...you dig power metal i dig THRASH/DEATH metal but we both have MAIDEN in our cd collection, thats cool to me
