MAIDEN RETURN TO AUSTRALIA

Maiden are delighted to announce that they will return to Australia in late February/early March 2011 to headline Australasia’s greatest Metal Festival, Soundwave. The dates are –

26 Feb 2011 - Brisbane, Showgrounds
27 Feb 2011 - Sydney, Eastern Creek Raceway
4 Mar 2011 - Melbourne, Showgrounds
5 Mar 2011 - Adelaide, Bonython Park
7 Mar 2011 - Perth, Steel Blue Oval

PLUS Iron Maiden will also play two arena shows prior to the festivals with first ticket access for Fan Club members:

23 Feb 2011 - Melbourne, Hisense Arena
24 Feb 2011 - Sydney, Entertainment Centre

The exclusive pre-sale will take place on Monday 9th August at noon and run through to 5pm Tuesday 10th (local time). The pre-sale is open to all Fan Club members - watch the site for updates later today!

Tickets for these two shows go on sale to the general public on August 12th.

I had a feeling they would do arena shows in Sydney and Melbourne but now that it is confirmed I am very pleased!

They probably figure with a brissy show already they might not get enough people... i guess this is kinda like last time except the extra mel/syd shows are solo which is good!
