They won't be playing Phantom again. Bruce pretty much said so at the last one. They hadn't played it in years and probably wouldn't again. Or something along those lines...
UNLESS, if they DO come out here and decide to give the Oz audiences a little treat. We might hear a couple of the more popular early ones in an encore or something. But I wouldn't hold my breath.
I'm with Skrabs in thinking this might be closer to the LAD tour with a couple small changes here or there.

LAD tour didn't inlude SIT and SSOASS so will definitely be different to that and possibly NPFTD as well.
Maiden always play the same setlist so I doubt oz will get any special treats.

I think early days pt. 2 will be Powerslave, SIT and SSOASS albums only, with a mix of those few popular songs from NOTB. But i dont care, as long as they dont play Running Free or Sanctuary!!

Hi all, not that I didn't enjoy the last 3 pages of what song may or may not be played in Australia.
Are we getting ahead of ourselves and what is the name of this thread?
Are we off topic just a bit?
I was going to post some stuff that Bruce has said on air but were the f*** does it go now?

Yes agree it is a good thing - but until we get official word then we don't know deal is done etc and given past history we have to consider it still a rumour - people have pointed out before bruce has commited to tours etc that never eventuated, but lets hope this time he is true to his word  |

I would consider any discussion about an upcoming tour to be rumour at this point so post it here.
Unless and until it clearly states "Official Announcement/Press Release", which I'm assuming would come from the promoter...ie: "Big Fat Cash Cow Presents...Iron Maiden". Until we see something along those lines, ANYTHING is a rumour.
In this thread, anything goes....
That includes a discussion on a possible setlist.
