I just rang Ticketek about me picking up my tickets from any Ticketek newsagency outlet and they said i'd have to pick them up from the Ticketek office in the city which is down Elizabeth street.
I inquired about which would be the quickest way to get them sent out, and he said that if you're getting general admission tickets you'll have to get them mailed out regardless due to there protocols. If you're purchasing tickets for seating you'll need to pick them up from the CBD office.
