didn't like peace sells jeez hard person to please thats in my opinion one all time classic thrash/metal albums, but thats my opinion cause i do prefer thrash and death metal, but still love the classics like maiden, priest, sabbath but the main thing is we love some sort of metal and thats better than listening to commercial radio garbbage Oh they arent crap, but they just dont get my fist pumping as much as countdown or youthanasia do. man thats a strange comment, but each to their own. The first 3 + 1 absolutely destroy. I still love Countdown though so agree with you on that front.

Yeh man obviously me and you have different tastes - the only thing I DONT LIKE is stuff with growls or harsh screams (i love maiden screams and power metal screams). If it has clean vocals ands is hard rock/metal i wont hate it, it just might not get my fist pumping.

Hidden Treasures has been released yet again with new tracks. It was originally released in Europe in April, but America wont get it til next month. Us Aussie can get it no probs since we have a good connection with European labels and what not. I just saw it on JB Hifi online for $14.99, they also have the "Extended Versions" which is a new offical LIVE CD from around 1994 for the release of Youthanasia, that was only $10.99. The prices are different to that of the ones in store, so shop around and if you're a tight ass like me just order them online from JB Hifi. www.jbhifionline.com.au/music/search/artistid/111599For some reason the one from America is alot more expensive. The Extended Version is on page two.

THIS IS WHY MEGADETH HAS ONE OF THE BEST FAN CLUBS TO JOIN!!! Got my Fan Club pack today after waiting for a while. I emailed them and told them the gig is coming up soon and I want to wear my fan club top. As a bonus they threw in an unplugged CD and extra guitar picks for me....and a whole heap of other stuff I couldn't fit into the picture. Yes...the photo is an original signature...getting this baby framed ASAP! P.S// I tried posting so the pic would come up in this post but couldnt get it to work. Hopefully the link is good enough for now unless someone else wants to post the pic properly. mozza edit....fixed ya linky for ya

Did Broderick paly with Nevermore in Aus last year?
I thought it was Loomis and Smyth on guitar at the gigs that i went to. Either way, Broderick is a monster of a player. I liked Drover and what he bought to Megadeth, but if this is true then we could possibly have the best 'Deth line-up since R.I.P.

if the nevermore gig your reffering to,was the one supported by skinless and promoted by post mortem records in november 2006 it certainly was Broderick sharing the axe duties with loomis.Smyth had to stand down from commitments with nevermore due to kidney disease which resulted in a succesful transplant, hence Broderick was the replacement and a damn fine one at that.bit of trivia for you guys,Loomis also auditioned for megadeth, mind you that was back in 88-89 he didn't get the gig due to his young age at the time he was only 16.sort of tells you how good you gotta be to play in nevermore.this line up in MEGADETH would surely kick ass

The guy sounds excellent but needs to learn how to play his guitar closer to his knees - its so far up his chest he almost looks like a Beatle.
