I bought And Justice For All today........ F**k those were the days. I remember when i was 13, staying up all night just listening to that album, F**k it rules! I remember buying the double album on the day it came out, at the time it was huge, wow! a double album with long songs! Still my fav Metallica hands down, fkn classic And the tour was CRACKIN! Well I was 1. So listening to the album and attending the gig were off limits to me. What can I say about you attending such a tour? Get F**ked!  |

Im pretty sure Lars wants everyone to download it instead of buying it. Even in saying that, I wish I hadnt have wasted 15 minutes 60meg ( or whatever size it is ) of my monthly downloads on it. |

I've been listening to the album a fair bit, I quite like it. It's growing on me more and more.
"All Nightmare Long" is a bloody top song, the chorus is great. "Unforgiven III" is much better than I expected, the first part of the song is fantastic. Overall it's a pretty solid album, although it gets a tad boring if you listen to the whole thing. A few of the songs (Cyanide in particular) could've used a little bit more speed.

seems the aussie release has been delayed a bit was to be delivered to stores today for release tomorrow morning but it hasn`t so no DEATH MAGNETIC in stores tomorrow

I got my copy at work today. We actually had the album for the past week, but we weren't allowed to sell it until Saturday. JB Hifi staff were allowed to buy a copy today, I picked up the digipak version.
I'm in the same boat as Mitch, the new album is growing on me. Huge improvement from the last release and seems to fit somewhere in between where the "black album" left off.
The digipak is quite nice, good use of the coffin in the middle of the case.
I'll give it a full listen tomorrow morning. ;D
