thought this might help you mexicans geez penrith really is in the back of nuts-ville isnt it. its only a 45 minute drive into the city. its far enough away that it isnt too city-ish but close enough to get to easily which suits me - i hate cities. |

It looks a lot further than that going by the map. i wish it was further away fom sydney but still suburbia. forgot to mention on the map - anything west of penrith are places where you can marry your sister who might actually be an aunt or your mother. |

STEER CLEAR OF KINGS CROSS WHATEVER YOU DO! Um, seriously there would be a few pubs at lidcombe. The red cow at penrith might be alright, i could drive 4 people, troops could probably drive a few people. So we'd be able to manage.

Goodo how far is that from say the actual arena? They have good counter meals, we will want that by fri night its about 30 mins by train from Parramatta or lidcombe - the cow is across the road from the train station so its easy for people using public transport. ive not eaten there since it has been renovated but going by other pubs in the area the meals would be good. |
