Eels - as I thought, overrated and will probably finish in the botom half of the 8 or out of the 8 altogether Dragons - Will be in the top 8 but i reckon they will be in the bottom half Bulldogs - Dissapointing but i still tip them for a top 4 finish Knights - Surprising.... I reckon the will finish out of the eight but not too far from it. Storm - Well-oiled machine... Top 4 for sure Sharks - Good effort, just finish out of the eight i reckon Broncos - Surprising.. i reckon a spot at the bottom of the eight is attainable. Cowboys - Dssapointing... Unfortunately i see them missing the 8 again... Panthes - they'll finish 5-8th. They got the attack bu not the defence. However, that didn't trouble them iin 2005. Raiders - A team I like, i Reckon around 10-12th. Roosters - Suprising! Hate them but i reckon 3-6th is where thhey'll finish Rabbits - talk themselves up toomuch. Will be lucky to make the 8. Tigers/Manly/Warriors/Titans - i havent watched yet or hasnt been played yet so i cant say

I reckon if the Tigers can keep teams under 20 points and keep Benji on the field, they can win the comp. How good is Tuqiri going! Didnt think he'd be going this good! The Roosters' bubble burst on the weekend, but i really do see them finishing in the top 8. And... UP THE STORM!

I think Scott Prince has more to worry about. And what about Manly luring Matt Orford from Melbourne and giving him a house on top of his salary at the Sea Eagles. Third party agreements and bending of the rules happens everywhere. Believe it or not, even at the Panthers.

Do u like the comp better with or without a salary cap? Im not sure. With a salary cap competition is much more even but we still have people probably cheating the system and our best players are leaving. Without a salary cap certain teams will always win, others will always lose (and eventually fold), but theres a greater chance star players will stay. Hmmm. Up the storm for tomorows clash. I really hope the NRL gets a F**king network that shows matches live. FFS. 4PM is like a 2 hour delay !!

Im not gonna turn this into a rant, BUT, the Storm lost to the Titans with the aide of the ref. Penalty for breaking the scrum, a penalty for time wasting at the drop out, and a cameron smiht play the ball penalty which i have no idea what it was given for, all on our line. Now, breaking the scrum may have been a justfied decision, but the other two were grey. I have no problem with these penalties being given, rules a rules, but for F**ks sake, penalise EVERY TEAM and in EVERY GAME.
I went to the Eels v. Raiders last night. Was barracking for the Raiders (whilst wearing my Storm jersey lol). Spewing i didnt put a bet on them at $3.75 head to head but given their away form I wasn't heaps confident. Parra only scored 2 good tries, their third being a fluke. Canberra had a good game.

Melb played shit last night. We won the second half 16-0 but it wasnt enough, with manly finishing winners 18-16. Ryan Hoffman dropped the ball twice in the play the ball, same as Cameron Smith, and Jeff Lina played thae ball towards the sideline, from which we were penalised.... Just not our night, and ffs, it had to be against the Sea Eagles.

I disagree with anyone who thinks the minor premierships and grand final victories the storm won in recent years should be taken away from them. The players played every game, and were coached very well. A team of champions doesn't make a champion team, so dont give me shit about how 'we were over the salary cap and it allowed us to buy the best players.' We had a core, and players always came and left. It's the coaching that got us where we were. I agree with getting punished this year, the fines, the repaying of prize money, and all that shit. I once liked Brian Waldron (our former CEO) but now i hate him. If Craig Bellamy was in on this, he has also lost my respect. If players knew they were rorting the salary cap with the wage they were getting, i have lost respect for them. If the players and coach we fair dinkim, i will stick by the storm, if not, it depends on the severity as to whether i jump to another team.

i disagree stormster,a team be it any team caught cheating by any means whether it be cash payments that keeps a monopoly of talent or otherwise ways of cheating deserve to be stripped of points and titles if caught.do you honestly believe a team that hosts more rep players that have no local juniors could literally be so great?
