thanks Tazz for your post i contacted the Promoter to see if there would be any chance she could tell me the prices of the tickets and if Maiden would play more shows but so far have not got any response if i do i will let you know if you guys are interested

Surprisingly, it seems to have worked straight away. In the FAQ on the site it says you have to check your mail for the usual activation link thing, however after paying I logged in about 10 minutes later with the username and password I selected - worked fine, access was opened up. I decided it was about time to join the actual fan club as well to be crystal clear to get the member tickets you do not need to spend the extra money and join the fan club but I have wanted to do that for years. Oh yeah, also once I posted on the IMOC forum it says "FC Member" on my posts, cool huh. Cant wait to get the new member pack with cool Maiden stuff  I also expect there will be *some* sort of Members Tour launch party or something exclusive for Members, so why not go the whole hog! If all you want are tickets then just join the Online club IMOC for currently $18 Aus ($14 US), I am in this for the long run been at it for over 10 years now... I use to be on the OLD official forum but got turned off a bit by all the losers that use to post there (this is going back a number of year) - the new IMOC forum seems pretty good as it is VERY Maiden focused and it looks to be well policed (is that a word). |

Well i ended up answering my own question  The online membership, which is all you need to get the opportunity for the speical tickets is $18.42 Aus based on todays at .80c Aus to US dollar. I decided to go one step further and purchased the full Fan Club memership for 25 Sterling which on my credit card worked out to be $59. You get sent some stuff in the mail if you do this one... I have always wanted to be a full member but never got around to it... So you bought IMFC just now?? Did you get you IMOC registration straight away? or do you need to wait... IMOC is like joining this forum. You create a user name etc. This gets you access to the free bits. If you want to be a paid member (which you need for ticket presales etc) then you click through and pay by paypal. You should be able to then access paid stuff straight away from my experience... I don't know how often they update the database for mailing lists etc though so I suggest if you want to join you do it now to avoid getting missed.. |

Sorry if this has already been posted a dozen times but I'm a wee bit confused as there seems to be conflicting information depending where you look... Is it you have to be a FC member to have access to presale concert tix and the IMOC membership is only valid for the early entry ticket draw? As in, the competition they're having for 60 people plus a friend to be let into the gig early and get their posi down the front, regardless of when/where they purchased their gig tix from ? ? ? ? ? ? |

Stormster and I are a bit confused on some things, I saw something here which made me think you have to be a member of the IM FANCLUB AND the IM ONLINE CUB. Is that true?
Yesterday, Stormster and I both signed up to the IM FANCLUB (the one that cost 25 sterling, or $60 Australian). Is that the only one we have to be members of to get the tickets extra early, or is membership to something else also required?

As mentioned in the FC news (!) it's for IMFC and IMOC members. But the IMFC members must have online accounts (though if they don't, they won't be reading this).Not sure what the allocation per member is yet, but it'll be at least 4 tickets per member, per gig.
Sit back, relax, the pre-sale doesn't start til the 20th. You'll be PM'd your codes in plenty of time.You only need IMOC for presale. |

IMFC get free entry to IMOC, but they have to apply for it (for free). IMFC is the highest level which gets more perks such as the fanclub newsletter etc. IMOC doesn't get anything physical, but does get access to restricted online content, presale access etc. |
