Tazzie - perhaps post that ticket info at the start of this thread (about the confirmation code being sent on the 19th, etc.). Althought i joined thew fanclub, my main concern was how the buying of maiden tickets would occur, and that pretty much answered some of it. Im sure others are wondering the same thing. Cheers! I modified the original post to add what we have to date, we can continue to do so.

I was just about to buy a Iron Maiden membership and I saw this... When you join your membership pack will include the following; 1) Glossy photo of the band 2) Exclusive FC sticker 3) Laminated personal membership card 4) Enamel club badge (replica of Steve Harris' Bass) 5) The latest club magazine 6) Discount Vouchers 7) Full membership of the Iron Maiden Online Club PLUS 3 full colour magazines per year Advance news Regular competitions Advanced access concert tickets (UK only)Discounts on Megastore prices Exclusive club merchandise Umm, does this effect us? They said we'd get the chance to buy tickets in advance, but from the looks of it we need to be in the UK. I don't understand why on the Ticketek website it allows people to purchase tickets early, and the Iron Maiden website says we can't cos we have to live in the UK, have they only allowed this with the Australian fans? I think when they first created it, it was envisioned to just cover UK due to logistics, but it is definitely for Australia.

If you are an online (IMOC) or offline (IMFC) member, you get to book presale tickets. Its just that IMFC member have to register their IMOC accounts. Pretty Simple. " Australia pre-sale Published: September 5, 2007 Yes, we will be doing a fanclub (online and offline members) pre-sale for the Australian gigs. Watch this space for info over the next couple of weeks. We're also planning to do First To The Barrier, but as the gigs aren't until February you don't need to worry about that quite yet!" www.ironmaiden.com/index.php?categoryid=31&p2_articleid=665

Hi stormster, Are you sure you only have to be an IMOC member? As by what i have read on the official site it is only the IMFC that will get access to the presale tickets on the 20. I just want to confirm which membership i need to get tickets as i am going nuts here
